Thank You for Visiting the L.R.A.C. Website!

What L.R.A.C. Does

Free Educational SeminarsEducational seminars are given as a means to educate the public about basic, fundamental rights in the areas of employee relations and rights, and to empower community members and leaders to actively advocate for themselves and others who are unemployed or temporarily employed. **We are also looking into the possibility of providing free educational seminars to those with mental-health related issues, depending on funding.

Unemployment Insurance (UI) Hearing Advocacy Program (Fee-based service):  If you have been denied unemployment insurance (UI) benefits, L.R.A.C. may be able to advocate on your behalf at your UI administrative hearing.  Individuals are more likely to win their UI cases with the help of a legal advocate.  Call today to set up an appointment.  Sliding-scale fees are available to those who earn up to 300% of the federal poverty level, or $32,490.

How L.R.A.C. is Funded
L.R.A.C. relies on the generous donations from individuals, organizations, and businesses. Additionally, L.R.A.C. has fee-based services, such as the Unemployment Insurance (UI) Hearing Advocacy Program (see above), which help to offset administrative costs. If you would like to contribute the continued success of the L.R.A.C., make your check or money order payable to L.R.A.C., and mail to:  L.R.A.C., P.O. Box 702, South Hadley, MA 01075 - Thank You!
